Exponential global change requires radical expansive thinking. Ma sessions alter perception, remove bias and create alternative and sometimes uncharted pathways to original thinking. You will change how you think about innovation, yourself, and your ability to deliver change through creative problem-solving. Along the way, you will build new relationships with others like you did at summer camp – these connections will last a lifetime.
Ma sessions take experiential learning to the next level. There are no classrooms and no lectures. Executives learn by doing. Beginning summer 2023, these interactive sessions will introduce learners to academic tourism, where PhD-backed research provides new tools for learning, wrapped in team-building experiences that only Niagara can offer.
